Dr. Vijoo Krishnan

Dr. Vijoo Krishnan is a known face in the revolutionary students politics in India. He has been an ardent supporter of socialist reorganization of the society and is known for his involvements in actions against the regressive caste system, economic imperialism and economic injustice. He has been once elected as the President of Jawaharlal Nehru University Students Union and had been a key activist in the struggle for establishing Gender Sensitisation Committee against Sexual Harassment (GSCASH) in JNU. He is currently on the Faculty of St. Joseph College in Bangalore and is the coordinator of the MA Political Economy Programme of the said centre. His present role with Network for Social Accountability (NSA) is that of an honorary Advisor on Agrarian issues.
